Changes to Services & Surcharges

With increased processing cost for handling shipments with non-standard requirements, we will be introducing the following rate changes:

Premium 9:00

A fixed PHP 1,400 per shipment will be charged for international door-to-door delivery by specific time on the next possible business day.

Premium 12:00

A fixed PHP280 per shipment will be charged for international door-to-door delivery by specific time on the next possible business day.

Overweight Piece

A fixed PHP4,700 surcharge on every piece/pallet, above the volumetric weight of 70 kg.

Non-Stackable Pallet

A fixed PHP9.800 surcharge on every pallet in an un-stacked shipment, by request of the shipper or by nature of the shape, content or packaging of the goods on the pallet.

Saturday Pickup and Delivery

A fixed charge of PHP860 applies for ad-hoc pickup or delivery of a shipment up to 300 kg and pieces up to 30 kg at selected areas with the operational capability, where Saturday is not a normal working day.

Duties & Taxes Paid (Admin Fee)

A fixed PHP840 will be charged for duties, taxes or other regulatory fees be billed outside of the destination country.

Remote Area Pickup and Delivery

A minimum of PHP1,200 or PHP25 per kilo will be charged when a shipment is collected or delivered to a location that is distant or difficult to serve.

Multiline Entry

A PHP280 service charge applies when more than 5 lines are recorded on the customs clearance, for example with different commodities or different countries of manufacture.

Clearance Authorization

A fixed PHP560 charge applies when the designated importer has specifically requested to be contacted before customs clearance is initiated.

Preferential Origin

A fixed PHP280 charge / shipment applies for the preparation or provision of a Certificate of Origin or other certifications to guarantee goods are produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country and are eligible for preferential rates of duty to be claimed at destination such as EUR1, Form A, ATR1.

Advance Payment

A minimum of PHP560 or 2% of the advanced amount applies to cover any import of a non-document shipment paid for or advanced in customs duties, taxes or regulatory charges on behalf of non-contract importers.

Disbursement Fee

A minimum of PHP560 or 2% of the advanced amount applies to the deferred payment for cash or credit funding of any clearance, duty and tax charges on a shipment or piece wherein the customs process is accelerated at the request of the receiver instead of their own bond or credit line.
